Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure AIDC devices like barcode scanners, printers, and RFID systems.
  • Offer remote or on-site support and maintenance.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on using products and solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve products and services based on customer feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT.
    • Experience in technical support, ideally with experience in barcode or RFID systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
    • Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.
